Bait and Switch Type Scam

Deceptive business practices are inevitable in a Military community as a result of the highly transient nature of the Military and those that elect to exploit that fact. Cleo Bay Honda has been cited a number of times for DTPA violations. Cleo Bay has earned an "F" rating by the Better Business Bureau. I was recently duped in a lottery SCAM at Cleo Bay. I have elected to file a law suit and shed some light on this. Cleo Bay Honda was once owned by a long time Killeen resident by the name of Mr. Cleo Bay. Amazing place to buy a car. ASK FOR CLEO . They are fair, honest and make your purchase very comfortable. I will buy there again, as long as Cleo Cardosi is there.

Sorry I let Cleo Bay "make my day" a mess!

I received my third recall in three months on my 2007 Honda. (Don't you buy a new car so you don't have to hassle with maintenance?) Once again it's 2-3 hours and I'm an hour away. Therefore, I must take a day off of work to get the recall done! To make matters worse, I call 15 before closing time to schedule an appointment to have the recall done and after waiting ten minutes on hold someone picks up the phone and hangs it up. When I call back no one answers. I never had trouble like this with my Toyotas!
